CSS2 is a method of separating the content of the site from it's layout & style.
It was developed by the World Wide Web Consortium() and helps to control everything in the document, from the color to how it will be read by a braile tactile feedback device.
CSS2 is capable of performing the simple tasks of color and background settings(while extending them, for those who wish to use those extended features), but it can be also used as a layout tool, thus effectivly replacing the need in tables and "empty images" that many autors use to achieve certain layout effects.
To date, Opera(wich can be obtained at www.opera.com) is the only advanced browser that fully supports CSS1 & CSS2(excluding Aural Style Sheets).
Aside from being equiped with a built in mail, news & instant messagng clients, it is also an extriemly fast program that put's much less stress on the OS than other similar products. The Opera development team has put much though into the User Interface and thus made Opera the smartest & most convinient browser I've seen!
There has been, actually, no optimization made to make this page display properly in Opera, as this program is a conforming CSS2 agent.
The grizzly is, actually, your very own browser!
If you can see the line at the top of the main page saying: "If you see this message, go here!" then your browser is:
First, some people would be glad to know that here is one area where IE works much better then the Navigator. But still, not good enough. All that you, IE users, can do, is to ask Microsoft for for full CSS2 support. Or, alternavly, you can download Opera.
Well, after all the good things that were said on behalf this browser, I can only stay silent. If you're here, I'd guess you already know everything I could have said. :-)
Same as above, I can hope that later versions of the Navigator(they should be awailble, I just don't want to download them) would have full CSS2 support.
Meanwhile, you can download Opera from here.
